Business on a Roll Award 2017

Byron Martin: My name is Byron Martin, CEO of Teknologize. We provide modern IT solutions. So, it's a little bit of IT with pizzazz, but it's also with vision, strategy, and planning.

You know, it doesn't do anybody any good to constantly be reacting to IT issues. You know, there's a lot of need for looking ahead. And now for us, what we've built, we've got unique processes that are modern, that are lean, that provide faster more immediate results for businesses, where we can not only eliminate or mitigate issues that they're having with technology frustrations, but we can leverage the technology that's out there now to really propel their business moving forward.

We have clients that are in medical, we have clients that are in financial, banking, and clients that are, small power plants, wind farms. And so, we have a broad variety of clients that we support.

We grew 30% last year and anticipate another 30 to 50% in 2018. We're really excited, we love the momentum, we love the culture, we're passionate about technology and really most importantly we love interacting with our clients and helping them.

Technology does not have to be something that people are frustrated about and hate. You know, it could be something that can takes them to the next level as a business and organization. And we're there where we can help them find and identify that path to align their technology with their business goals and vision. It's astounding within 12 months we see many of our clients progress extensively with how they leverage and use technology.

Teknologize has been a member of the Tri-Cities Regional Chamber since day one. I always felt it was critical for us to be part of the Chamber for a couple of reasons. One, is the relationships. And the chamber is fantastic, the friendships that come of it. But the other thing too is just the supportive role that the chamber is for small and mid-sized businesses, for our local area needs. Whether it's in Olympia or whether it's just economic development and having a single voice for our area.

The chamber has been instrumental in our growth and I hope to continue to leverage that relationship with them as an organization, but even more importantly those relationships with the other members in the Chamber.
